Shipments to Paraguay
General Shipment Information
Each shipment to Paraguay worth $500.00 US or more must be legalized.
To legalize a shipment, the following are required:
- Invoices and Certificates of Origin certified by an authorized chamber of commerce.
- Two payments by cheque:
(One cheque payable to EMBASSY OF PARAGUAY)

Legalization fee for the shipment ($65.00 US by sea or $45.00 US by air) paid by corporate
cheque or money order only.

Forwarding cost of $40.00 US to send required documentation to Paraguayan customs.
